Responsibilities
Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts to identify software defects and ensure product quality. Develop Java Selenium Web Driver/RC/IDE/GRID test scripts using Java Script. Reviewing requirements and technical specifications to validate functionality and system performance. Performing manual and automated testing, tracking defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. Assisting in preparing test documentation, maintaining testing environments, and supporting continuous improvements in QA processes under senior guidance. Tools - Selenium RC/Web Driver/IDE/Grid, JMeter, HP Quick Test Professional and Junit/Testing, Load Runner.
Other Details
Must be willing to travel for setting up various systems to various clients at unanticipated locations within the United States for short term and long term durations.

Entry to Sr. Level Computer Programmers
Responsibilities
Develop software programs and modify to improve performance using SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python, Java Script, .Net. Design and develop applications as per the customer requirements. Prepare migration documents and user manuals. Provide application training for end users and support teams. Collaborate with functional teams, Administrators and Testers for the end development and delivery of the applications. Migrate data to various platforms like On-prem, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure, GCP and integrate systems using various transfer methods including FTP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Follow standard debugging practices to identify bugs using tools like source debuggers, program dumps, and performance monitoring metrics. Utilize bug tracking tools to report the progress. Archive code and documents in the repositories. Perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements.

Identify and assign project team members, allocating resources effectively, and managing budgets. Identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, and vendors, and providing regular progress updates. Track project progress against the plan, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications. Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting knowledge sharing. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project. Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports. Conducting postproject reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Best utilization of project management and tracking tools like JIRA, MS-Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams. Familiarity with Oracle Database, SDLC, Access Management, SSO, Disaster Recovery process. Perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements.
